THE Area

It’s no accident that The Seychelles Islands are regarded as the very embodiment of paradise on Earth.

Right from the very moment you land at the airport, you have the feeling that you’re present on the very first day after the Dawn of Creation. With their particular and unique beauty, these are the only tropical islands of granite rather than volcanic or coral origin in the world.

There are no volcanoes, hurricanes or tsunamis.

The exotic jungle with rare species of vegetation, which has been strictly protected from logging, is unique in being free of dangerous animals.

Here you can see the largest dryland tortoises and marine turtles, over 1000 species of fish and more than 300 species of birds as well as many types of coral.

The temperature ranges between 26 and 32 degrees Celsius all year round, with December and January bringing more frequent rains, and June and July being a somewhat drier period.

The gorgeous beaches are lined with the whitest and finest sand you can imagine. Тhe warm turquoise waters of the bays are surrounded by majestic palm trees. The unearthly beauty of the cliffs and the tropical lagoons are enriched by the colourful coral reefs. All of this takes you to a fairytale world of bliss and relaxation.

Your unique property is found in Takamaka, the most beautiful and sparsely populated part of the main island of Mahé! Right on the very edge of a deserted coral beach, where sea turtles lay their eggs in proximity to a nature reserve.
