Day house

The property is made in Joglo style, which is characterised by a separate representative day house, in the middle of which, on 5-metre solid teak columns, there is this breathtaking carving of 15 sq.m.

It is said that only the Kings of Indonesia had the right to possess such columns and this was the place where they welcomed their VIP guests and demonstrated their grandeur. If you lie down on the massive sofa, you’ll be able to relish the hypnotic beauty of this miracle of human dexterity for hours on end.

The day house has an area of 130 sq.m. The ceiling is made of oak panelling. The house becomes a cinema equipped with a 4K laser video projector, Klipsh sound system and a 3-metre screen.

The kitchen of this house is from solid wood and comes from the Italian brand “Astra”. It is fully equipped with appliances from the Smeg.
The walnut dining and a deck area are from of the world luxurious Italian brands "Ceccotti.
